Connection dropped and no sync

Hi, my connection dropped at about 6pm and the modem has been unable to sync since then.

I've tried a different modem so don't think it's an issue on this end.
I've opened a ticket but it's on hold until Tuesday for some reason. Ticket #174983393
Hoping someone here can assist?
Edit: seems to have fixed itself

Hi there, 


I can see that you've been back online since the weekend so everything looks OK now. 

I've run some diagnostic checks to be on the safe side and they don't flag up any issues but do shout up if you have any further problems.
