Connection dropouts - Frustrating


My line was activated over a week ago now. The light on my hub has remained blue, internet connection seems fine when it's available.

My issue is my devices keeping dropping connection to the hub and this can last up to 30 minutes at a time. My Xbox one has dropped a couple times so far but seems the most stable of my devices. My mobile phone will lose connection multiple times a day and my Xbox 360 located in the bedroom above where the hub is fitted will not connect at all.

I have tried splitting the 2.4 and 5 frequencies but this has not helped.

I wonder if anybodys having the same or similar issues? Have you had yours fixed or any suggested fixes from Plusnet?
