Connection drop everyday

Hi
Since I subscribe to plusnet, I’m experiencing random drop of connection everyday. Usually it’s like 2 or three times a day. But today it keeps disconnecting, maybe 20 times. It is hell when we need to work from home. The hub looks fine though.
Any help here please ?

I have these same issues, I have just logged a fault.

I had these issus a while ago and an engineer cam out and replaced various bits of BT line and it was ok for a bit but it still continues. 

It just drops out randomly and the Wi-Fi seems to take offence to various wireless devices (ipad, iphone...the list goes on randomly).

I feel your pain.

Hi @Shiddo, sorry to hear of the problems with your connection. I can see there's an open fault which we're due for an update on the engineer visit by early tomorrow. You can view the open ticket we have here.
