Connection complaint

My internet has been down since around 3pm yesterday after switching to plusnet fibre recently. Our log in and password is not being recognised by plusnet, and after 45 minutes and verifying it is correct and a problem at their end I'm told a fault has been filed and should sit tight for 3 days, how hard is it to check a password?Huh

Have tried a PPPOE connection with no luck

Maybe move to fibre mod please?
