Connection. Speed In members centre

I'm trying to work out if our alarm is causing issues with our connection speed how  often does this refresh  ?
We having intermittent  drop offs when the phone is being used  Sad

you need to check here for the IP profile as the member centre one only updates every 8 hours or so whereas the one in the link is instantaneous http://www.speedtest.btwholesale.com/PerformanceTesterWS/diagnostics.do
If you are getting intermittent drop outs you need to sort it otherwise the dynamic line management will kick in

It seems mostly stable from what I can see.

Our testing isn't showing any major issues with your fibre line.
