Hi there, I'm sorry to see this. Having looked at the results of a line test there's a lot of errors on the line and we're also seeing signs of your equipment causing interference on the line. It looks like you're using quite an old router and an openreach modem so I've shipped out a Hub One router for you so please connect that up without the modem when that's been received.
I'm confident that should resolve the issue for you but please let me know if not. The router should take about 3 working days to reach you so please let us know how you get on when that lands with you.
