Connection Down

As per the title I have came home from work around 6 and noticed the router flashing orange. Tried the usual reset but to no avail.

I am unable to raise a ticket on the member centre as each time I try to login it says the service is temporarily unavailable.

Can someone have a look at this?

I assume a credit will be issued to cover the down time?

Really you need to be phoning them and getting a fault raised

I'd rather raise a ticket online than sit and wait to get put through

I've just checked and there's a local outage showing, due to be resolved this evening around 530pm.

Why not, it's still down so I'm paying for something that isn't working

I'm afraid outages like this are not something we refund for as they are outside of our control, sorry.
