You can insert pictures like a TBB result.
In the editor, click the icon of a picture (9th icon in from the left)
At the top click URL and then put the URL of the PNG into the box
Click Okay

You need to copy this bit from the html link

Thanks @Oldjim for the example, I should have done that and perhaps shown what needs to be removed from the TBB links like
Small Graph (500x219 px) - HTML Link
<a title="Broadband Ping" href="http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping/share/1fa8853837e3a5afcd18a0dcbc823cf7.html"><img alt="My Broadband Ping - Plusnet FTTP" src="http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping/share-thumb/1fa8853837e3a5afcd18a0dcbc823cf7.png" /></a>
Edit down to
http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping/share-thumb/1fa8853837e3a5afcd18a0dcbc823cf7.png
that is the bit in the src tag to get

Or you can drop this code straight into the editor in the HTML tab.

As I've mentioned in a few other threads there was a outage in Edinburgh yesterday morning which won't have helped matters.
If it's still bad this evening let us know.
Hi Matthew thanks for the reply, I'm in the north west UK so maybe it has effected me i can understand the outage causing an increase in packet loss but would it also cause my upload to drop below 1Mb seems strange that it would,
also it looks like i'm having trouble keeping the session it dropped at around 10am I was out at the time so only just found out now and i have had another as i typed this would this outage cause the session to keep dropping like this ?
TBB graph below showing how bad the packet loss is

My session is dropping more and more frequent now i just had another and had to reboot the router to get it to connect again
can someone from plusnet tell me if this is related to the Glasgow outage or something else because at the moment my service is pretty unusable with the constant session drops and the packet loss causing things to run at a snails pace.

Can someone from plusnet Please find out what is going on with the fault i raised on Monday, one moment it said a fault was found and was raised to the supplier and then in it said it was put on hold until 30th then taken off hold and sent back what's going on ?
My PPP session continues to drop for some reason, I'm still getting 25-50% packet loss and such browsing and Streaming etc have become unbearable and my upload speed seems to no longer be there as it wont even give a result during speed tests, something is very wrong.

Still no update from the faults team this my 5th day now with this issue, third day since the issue was reported i know they like 72 hrs but come on it isn't hard to see something is wrong especially when the upload doesn't even register the PPP session is dropping every couple of hours or so some times less and there is constant packet loss at around 20-25 % which the TBB graph shows if i can see that Why is it taken them so long to see it and get an engineer sent.
