Connected no internet

I'm an NHS biomedical scientist in 14 day COVID19 isolation trying to work from home. On a regular basis my Internet is dropping but I am still connected blue light on hub. Only way to get Internet back is to power down router which works temporarily. Tried charging channel on router but not improved anything.

Please can someone help me resolve this? Thank you.
