Connected Youview set top box but cant access BT sport

I received the following message from Plusnet- Sorry, your YouView TV from Plusnet service isn't ready yet.

Please come back once you've received your set top box and plugged it in.Oddly enough I managed to get BT iD and am able to watch BT sport Online

You view uses a network technology called IP Multicast to deliver TV to its set top box, which is different to the direct streaming from BT sport on line.

First question is are you using your own router or the Plusnet Hub One? The reason I ask is that non Plusnet routers require some extra configuration to work with IP Multicast, where as the Plusnet hub one is configured out of the box.

I am using the Plusnet HUb one that was supplied to me

The Plusnet hub one supports multicast straight out of the box, so its likely that its something not set up correctly at the Plusnet end.
