After numerous emails and phone calls it now seems that we are unable to get fibre broad band even after being told we would be connected on 4/1/16. Just now we have had an email saying that fibre is active!! C'mon Plusnet get your act together
Apologies for any confusion, it looks like the person who placed your order went one click too far when updating the order details after they had manually placed the ADSL order and this has triggered automated notification that the service is active. It states it's fibre because of the package the account was signed up on, we can't change the product type until after the account is active.
