Concentrator not reachable..
I'm having an issue with my phone line and Adam has been helping me work out where its at and arranged an engineer for Monday. However, since the remote testing, I'm been unable to reconnect to the internet. A phone..I can live without for a few days..but internet?? Its like food and water. 
I did find a thread http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php?topic=88186.0 which mentions a stale PPP connection and forcing it to be closed/released.
Would someone from plusnet be able to do this for me please? Thanks

As per when we spoke this looks to be due to the phone fault we're looking at: http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,133243.0.html
Once fixed the internet should be fine but I'll obviously check in with you on Thursday afternoon following the appointment.
