Complete loss of service

From yesterday morning (13th Sept 2016) I have no fibre connection - my modem reports there is "no concentrator available"; I have tried rebooting both my modems (fibre and wireless), and attempted to reconnect several times.

I am in the Cambridge area.

Is anyone else suffering? I tried online chat I found I was 89th in the queue, and telephone support wait times were 1 hour!

Finally got through a queue of 49 people waiting to chat, and it seems the line is probably OK so I was advised to try an alternative router / modem.

So I don't think anyone else be suffering with this problem.
