My unlimited service from plusnet is currently very limited. Why should I have to pay for a service that is just not being delivered. Also, I have a contract with plusnet. Why shoud I have to be held to that contract if plusnet consistently dont provide the promised unlimited service?
I dont care who is to blame, and could not give a fig for the reasons why. I just want the service promised. If plusnet cant deliver their promises I want to move to a suppler that can. How about refunding the charges every day that actual service doesnt match the promised? Or is this not the BT way?

I'm sorry you currently have a fault on your service. The fault you've reported has identified an issue and automatically raised this to BTWholesale, when we get an update from their testing we'll be in touch.
Looking at the connection logs this is dropping out a lot, which will most likely be the cause of the speed issues you're seeing.
I'm a bit confused by this statement, you reported the fault less than 24 hours ago and there have been no other issues reported for around 6 months on your line.

The fault report has identified SVLAN issues, but even once they are solved if the line is still dropping that needs investigating.
