Update:
G.INP has been activated on the downstream giving the following changes:
Downstream sync increase from 23312 Kbps to 26490 Kbps.
Upstream sync decreased from 1936 Kbps to 1809 Kbps.
Minimum latency has also dropped from 20ms to 12ms.

hence why all cabs should of been huawei cabinets instead of eci cabs

The connection has now had it's 10 days settling in period so the following result should be the norm for my line on the new Huawei cabinet.
