I know this will be a simple question however, trawling the forums I see lots of moans about this but cannot see the steps to resolve.
New job hooray! new laptop and now using Citrix Xenapp to link to HQ.
The router is not letting the connection pass through and I remember when I used Cisco VPN and Sky anytime I had to change settings (ports I think).
The question:
What and how to I set the Plusnet technicolor router to allow this client software to function how it should?
