Cisco Anyconnect VPN keeps disconnecting

My wife is currently working from home and is having major difficulties with her VPN connection. It keeps dropping out and causing her issues with her work. She never had any issues whilst working from home previously, that was with Sky Fibre.
So far I have got myself a static IP and also changed the firewall setting to Low. I'm using a TP-Link Archer C4000 as the router, any assistance with this will be much appreciated.

Hi have you tried updating the network adopter? See if that works
