Cisco AnyConnect VPN stopped working

I'm now unable to connect to my work VPN through Cisco Anyconnect.
It was working fine on Friday 20th March 2020, now on Monday 23rd March 2020 I'm unable to connect.  I've connected via Cellular without issue.
It just seems to spin away trying to connect, without connecting.

Is there anything i can check?  Nothing had been changed on the Router / PC prior to this happening.
Any suggestions appreciated.

Hi Daisydave, you should check your firewall settings on the device you are connecting to the VPN, make sure they are disabled. I would also look at getting a Static IP. I can add a Static IP account for you, free of charge if you'd like. - Noor Smiley

Hi Noor,

 

Could you please assign me a static IP asap. I've been able to connect to the VPN for weeks, that is until I had to reboot my router on Sunday 26th April, then suddenly no connectivity to VPN.

 

Are you able to see what my IP was before Friday 24th April ? This worked!
