Checking my fibre speed

Can someone at plusnet please check what speed I'm supposed to be on for my fibre broadband please as the website is saying 36mb average, but I'm getting no where near that and haven't since I changed over to fibre. Thank you

Do you mean that Plusnet have guaranteed 38Mbps or that you are on the up to 38Mbps aervice. Put your phone number in here to see what your line is capable of   https://www.dslchecker.bt.com/    

What speed are you getting with a wired Ethernet cable between your router and computer and your router plugged into your BT master socket via a filter?

From what I can see when you signed up we gave you between 9 and 15mbps as your estimated speed.
