Does anyone know why I always get the following message "Sorry, there's nothing to show at the moment." Is the usage stats no longer available to anybody?

Put "usage" into the search bar at the top of this page and you'll find quite a few posts about it.

It's very annoying that this is taking so long to resolve. It's been months now since I saw any useful usage data.

It's just another item on a growing list of things that Plusnet are "Really, really sorry" about just cannot getting around to fixing. Sad that much of the back office software is still the old highly bespoke legacy software pre 2010 (being generous).
It's more than 10 years since I stopped work in the industry, but it was doable even then using commercial software and an integration infrastructure. Typical time: 6 - 12 Months depending on the complexity for companies like BT; NTL; Telewest.
