Check upgrade status

Hi,
I'm probably just missing something obvious, but is there somewhere you can check the status of an upgrade from ADSL to fibre? I requested an upgrade online last night but haven't had any emails or anything to say the order went through. Just wanted to make sure I didn't miss hitting submit or something like that.

I can see the upgrade request came through OK.
Automation should deal with the rest but I'll check back on your account tomorrow just to make sure.

Hi,
Still not had any emails or anything to let me know that this is going through. The account summary is just showing my existing ADSL as far as I can see. Is there anywhere I can check the status of the order and get an estimated activation date?

Hi
Sorry to keep asking about this, but had an email this morning saying the changeover to fibre has now happened. However, I can't seem to connect using VDSL - the router is just showing ADSL.
Has the email just come through early, or should VDSL now be working for me?

Yeah the account change has completed early.
Your fibre order is still due for the 5th.
