Check my status please

My PPOE was lost at aprox 11:00 hrs yesterday. (Openreach engineer in the cab at 11:45 but I don't know if he was there at 11:00 - probably not)
I now have a different IP address.
Download speed seems to have dropped a little more again
Has there been any change in Downstream / upstream or profile ?

DLM (dynamic line management) is entirely automated for fibre, I've checked and the last change which was reflected on our systems was the one you mentioned on the 16th.
