Changing from bt infinity, could my speed increase?

Hey everyone Smiley so I'm debating about leaving bt infinity 2 because plusnets price is so much better but I'm also hoping I get some upload increase. I'm estimated to get up to 20 mb upload with bt but I'm lucky if i hit 6, as I do YouTube videos the upload is more important, also I mite start streaming games so having good ping and bandwidth would be nice. . Is there a chance of getting higher upload speeds or does it sound like I'm at the max my line can handle? Also is the plus net router better than bt's? Can u use plusnets router alone or do you all need the extra bt modem router?

Firstly what does it say here https://www.dslchecker.bt.com/ ?

Thing is if your line will not support the 20 up PN will not sell you that product , you would have to take the unlimited fiber 40/2 , Rather than the fibre extra 80/20

Asus ROG Hero Vii Z97 , Intel i5 4690k ,ROG Asus Strix 1070,
samsung 850evo 250gig , WD black 2 TB . Asus Phoebus sound ,
16 gig Avexir ram 2400 , water cooling Corsair H100i gtx ,
Corsair 750HXI Psu , Phanteks Enthoo pro case .

I changed to PN last week, I was on BT Infinity 2, and I have seen a 5 meg increase in speed.  Mind you it is still settling down, but so far am hopeful.
