Change to Fibre

My Change from Standard Broadband to Fibre is due to go live on Wednesday 12th August

 

I have not yet received the new Hub Router which I will need for this, despite being informed that it was dispatched on 4th August

Information is on tickets 204718989 and  204720190 

How will it affect my service if the new router is not received by the changeover date?  I do not want to lose my Broadband connection

 

Can a Plusnet Staff Member please respond

I can see the switchover to fibre happened yesterday and you look to have received your router then too.

Let us know if there's anything else you'd need help with.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

A replacement router was sent out to me on 11th Aug and  was received yesterday afternoon.  The original router, allegedly dispatched on 4th Aug has never arrived

Switch to Fibre happened yesterday morning about 9am, but obviously I was unable to access it until the router was delivered

So far all seems to be functioning OK, although I have not yet checked the speeds I am getting
