Hi there ,new to site.
I know with everything that's going on that demand is going to be higher. But since mid-day Saturday the 4th my download speed has dropped from 36 to 13 , upload is normal ,doesn't fluctuate ,its constant , just as if someone's flicked a switch

Mine has done the same , I now get a speed of 14.8 instead of 30 so it’s halved

I just made a thread on this,
I spoke to someone at Plustnet yesterday and they claim they are not throttling connections. Raise a fault and get them to investigate. I have friends on Plusnet who's connections are completely fine.

How do you get through and speak to someone , every time I try it has a recorded message then disconnects , these speeds are absolute rubbish in this day and age
