Have problem with no connection for 3hrs reset everything several times. No chat available and telephone wait over 30mins this is not on. Service status waste of time says everything ok 🤣

@Kelewen To get proper help it dose mean bit of patents and giving some info without being aggressive.

There lots of people with the same problems but for the moderators are only volunteers that help staff out. 

be fare your not really given them time to help you.

Please dont take this the wrong way as I have been having issues, but I have learnt to be direct with being sensible.

Sorry to hear that. Testing your line isn't finding the cause of why your router had dropped the connection.

If it happens again can you run through the troubleshooting here and let us know how it goes?
