Celebrating Tomorrow

Tomorrow I will be celebrating the sudden loss in speed that occurred sometime during the day last Monday whilst I was out.
A rock solid speed Down and up has remained a rock solid speed down and up, but 12% less Down, and 22% less Up.
Just like a switch being flicked, and as I say, rock solid.
If that isn't human intervention, what is it?

Re: Celebrating Tomorrow

Why suspect enemy action when a fault is more likely?
Why open a second thread for the same issue when you were getting replies in your first one?
