Can a Plusnet staff member please reset my profile. I always get 35mb download and 10mb upload but I had some stability issues a few days ago and now my profile is capped at 22.4mb and 6mb.
This issue occurred at exactly the same time last year as well, instability and then a profile cap and I was told then then it was because the line management software had messed up so I assume the same problem has occurred this year as well.

I can see we've responded to your fault ticket Here this afternoon.
We can see your router's in sync at 22.4mbps but the banding is at 40mbps so there's nothing for us to reset.
If you can reply to the ticket with the requested information we'll get an engineer booked to investigate further.
