Cant connect

My phone connects fine to wifi however my husband has difficulty connecting as does his daughter and this is becoming very frustrating. We have both recently got surface pros and neither of them will connect. I've tried switching on and off have have devoted many hours to this process. Can you advise how I can use my broadband with all my devices consistently please.

@Sarah12  have you tried splitting the 2.4 and 5ghz Wifi bands ?
