Cannot use OpenVPN

Hi,

 

I need to connect to a VPN (OpenVPN) for work. I have already purchased the static IP add-on and enabled port clamping on the Plusnet Hub One router.

 

The firewall rule for the VPN now accepts all traffic from my Plusnet IP. However, while I can authenticate and connect to the VPN server, I cannot use the VPN normally. Some traffic seems to be blocked either by the router or by Plusnet. 

 

I tried port forwarding and enabling DMZ for my laptop, but still no luck.

 

Can someone help me fix this issue?

There is an accepted fix for the OpenVPN issue over here - can you give it a read/go and let us know if it works for you?
