Hi,
I have received an email from Plusnet with regards to my direct debit.
There is an issue with getting my direct debit set-up.
I am currently unable to review my direct debit details or change payment method in the member center.
Can somebody please look into this.

I'm afraid updating payment details is one of the few things we can't support with via this channel and therefor I'd advise if you're unable to update the details on your account to give our support team a call who can assist you in doing this. They can be reached on 0800 432 0200 and are open Monday- Sunday 09:00 - 18:00.
