Cannot log in on my phone!!

I am using Plus.net on my Mobile but not subscribing to Mobile services but using the internet on my phone to access the internet services to play games on my phone and pay bills too.  Can you please rectify this problem please?  (Gandalf)

Just to confirm the issue so we can start troubleshooting correctly - are you having trouble connecting via WiFi to your mobile device? If so can you please confirm the error that appears when you try this? Have you tried forgetting the network and logging back in?
