My fobre connection is otherwise perfectly fine. However, as of yesterday, I am unable to download anything via P2P (24 hours of the day, peak and off-peak).
I am on an unlimited package and my monthly usage states that I have downloaded 90GB this month.
Is there some sort of traffic shaping in place, or have I got a fault?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Are the files you're trying to download well seeded, have you tried different P2P software?

You have an open incoming port, check the router that upnp is running and a port is open. Or setup a static port on the app and match it to the routers one via the open port settings (vary by router, but usually they have a section to open a specific port to a specific ip address internally)
Use canuseeme to check the port is open and the app is connecting.
