I have to say I am very disappointed with the service so far - no communication at any point about anything

I believe I have the very same issue. Says I have internet but it won't connect to any of my devices.

Me again - So I managed to connect ! for 20 mins
Now I am just getting a connection reset error everytime and can't seem to fix it
Any suggestions please ?
