'Cannot authenticate connection'

We've been with Plusnet for about 6months now, first 2 months; great no problems. But these last few months we have constant problems with 2 phones and 1 tablet constantly getting disconnected and having difficulty reconnecting.

I constantly have to reset, even factory reset. I try changing the channels, changing the 2.4 and 5 so they don't share a channel and making our devices only be on the 2.4ghz. But no, still constant disconnections. Sometimes just refuses to reconnect, sometimes requires us to resign in and sometimes 'cannot authenticate connection'.
Would appreciate it if anyone can offer any help on how to stay connected.
