Cancelling Account

Ive been trying to get though on the phone for days but no one is answering is there a way to cancel my service via the members area ?

Simple answer is no. Any contract changes require you to phone in and pass security checks.

Are you using 0800 013 2632 and select the option " I am thinking of leaving"?

Yes tried several numbers but being on hold for 2 hours and nothing is getting a little tedious, are there any plusnet staff that respond in here ?

There are usually no or short call queues on this number as it is direct number for our Customer Options Team.
