Can you reset my profile please?

Hi

My broadband was changed over first thing yesterday to fibre, but at present I only have a actually line speed of only around 4Mb (my broadband speed test)

I assuming my profile needs resetting?

Hi there Jeff,

Truly sorry for this, though it doesn't seem that your service has switched over to fibre yet. The current date for this is the 19th, though I can see that we have sent a contradicting email confirming a completion date of the 13th. Thsi date was pushed back by our suppliers.

I've changed the profile in advance for this date, and have refunded the 6 days difference in price for you.

Hi Matty

Thanks for looking at it, I must admit when I sorted out the change to Fibre last week, I thought that was a quick change over. But when I received the email first thing yesterday confirming to change had happened then great Smiley, but on consideration it was an automated messageUndecided.

So hopefully it will happen next Tuesday Thumbs Up

Now 5pm on the 19th and not received any notification of the change over, so hoping this has actually happened when I get home, but suspect it hasn't Sad

The good news is that it has completed.

You may need to reboot your router.

Hi Matty

Given it a couple days not impressed at present, managed to get around 20 Mbps during testing on Tuesday night, but nowhere near that now just tried a couple times @ 10:30pm (Thur) and was only getting results of just over 4 Mbps.

Update this morning getting around 30 Mbps, so I'll see what its like later.

Later (11:45am) now extremely poor only 1.8 Mbps !!

Can this be reviewed please?

Totally inconsistent

Friday evening over 30 Mbps

Saturday afternoon around 4pm ~ 3.0 Mbps

Is this what I can expect for the first ten days or is this too much variation?

How are you testing wired or Wifi? What are your sync speeds?
