@198kHz I was ho[ping to make my router more secure by hiding it's ssid. It's still password protected. I have always hidden them in the past.

A worthy aim, of course, but it's still discoverable by any semi-competent hacker, and only serves, IMHO, to make you a more interesting target - what's this guy trying to hide?
