Topic Title
Yesterday was Fun!, the first OR person came at 8am to install a new phone socket, which he did, then got an email [from Plusnet] that something was wrong with the line. Anyway I connected the Router, and it was working. cool, I was getting between 300KB/s and 900KB/s. I downloaded a game from Steam. all is good, just need to wait 24 hours for speed to increase.
Second OR person came at Midday. and saw I was connected, and advised me to disconnect!. it seems the first OR person, connected me to another persons phone line, and I was using thier TalkTalk connection to download.
[Edit] Forgot to mention the second OR person, ripped out all the first OR's work, and installed everything again, phone number was fine, just waiting for Fibre to be activated sometime after midday today.

Still no connection, I have a bad feeling about this..paid upfront about £70, and 17 days later.. ZZzz
Maybe the plusnet staff, should concentrate on getting people connected, instead of pandering to tight fisted people with thier 'Cashback' and 'referrals' posts.

From what I can see your fibre order completed yesterday evening, but your account didn't activate automatically so I've manually pushed it through so you should be able to connect in a few moments. Apologies for any inconvenience this caused last night. Let us know if you have any further issues.

No problems at all.
If you click on Post Options on the post that's marked as the fix, you should see an option to select "Not the fix" then you can re-allocate the fix accordingly.
