Constant dropouts every day, speed has dropped. No one ever answers phone when looking for support just stuck on hold forever.

If instead of blowing your top you explained your problem and what tests you have done, it's possible that you might get some support here.

For your information a fault has been raised online 11 days ago on the 2nd June. It took until the 11th June to receive "Your support request has been escalated to the correct team for review".
I am still waiting on the 13th almost 2 weeks later, my initial comment stands awful service and will be leaving when contract up.
On Saturday 16th broadband was unusable drop outs constantly, defo worse at weekends
