Can't seem to view ANY broadband usage statistics

I'm trying to view how much I've downloaded over the last few months, but the 'View My usage' just reports it has been reset.

Is there anything I'm missing as I've been using the fibre broadband for a couple of years now so there should be something I can monitor

The 'view my usage' isn't working, there are multiple threads on this I believe.

You can either download a monitoring tool or if you have a hub one that will show you the data transferred since the last time you connected under 'helpdesk'.
