I wonder ifyour home LAN address range has changed (when you migrated to plusnet); the two most popular ranges for home ISP routers are 192.168.0.xxx and 192.168.1.xxx

 

Change your home LAN to 192.168.111.xxx range, or ask your work what range they use and ensure your home LAN used a differnet one.

I always use a 10.xxx.xxx.xxx range when setting up VPN's

changed the LAN subnet on the router as suggested and that solved it, thanks @MisterW and everyone else Smiley
