Hi,
I have been waiting a long time to get faster broadband and our green cabinet was finally upgraded just before Xmas. However, when I checked my details Fibre options weren't available for me but my parents were able to upgrade. They are literally situated across the street from me.
Both of us are connected to the same cabinet. Could there be a database error that is prohibiting me from getting Fibre? I read this could be a possibility from other posters.
