Can’t get Zyxel back on broadband

Due to some poor performance issues I tried putting in bridge mode to use Orbi as router. This hasn’t worked well so have used Kitz guide to get VDSL settings back to where they were and back in router mode. Orbi isn’t connected right now so it is just my mac plugged in to router via cable.
Router is accessible, but isn’t connecting to internet. I’ve checked and double checked settings, reboot several times and checked user ID and password several times and it doesn’t work.
Can get plus net support at the moment as for some reason I’m pressing numbers for connecting to support team but their IVR isn’t accepting the tone/number and disconnects me.

They are closed at the moment, until the morning.
But if you post your settings on here someone may be able to help if you have made a mistake - obviously not your username or password.
Also what does the event log say is the issue?
Then back to basics. is the phone line OK?
Doe you have the PN supplied router, does that work?
