That explains it - you need to replace that with the same user name and password you had in the old one.

You mean you didn't note it down ? it is probably the most important information you need. Have you ever logged into your Members Centre? - that is the same information which you need to enter.

OK, so replace the 'setup' with the username you log into the account, and enter the password associated with that.

Dont forget to add @plusdsl.net after your username.
