Can't Connect

I don't seem to be able to connect a PPP session tonight. Openreach modem is connected but can't log my router on. Can anyone from Plusnet help?

same issue here, i'm on the aberkenfig exchange, I haven't raised a support ticket yet as I've seen there is maintenance for broadband, but I think I will now as for me its been over 24 hours

just checked router settings, haven't changed anything to make the connection stop working, but I changed Authentication Type from CHAP to AUTO and now its working fine Smiley

Afraid I don't know how I got back in. I know I couldn't Friday night but when I reset my router (not Openreach modem) Saturday morning I got in. I did try to call support Friday evening but gave up after 1/2 hour in a queue.
