I have changed 4 routers recently and I believe that because of some disconnection somehow my ip profile was set to 55/20.
My line is very stable now but speed is lower to what I was getting in the past.
After many hours on chat and many calls to support I have enough so I have contacted to cancel my contract.
dsl sync is showing 54996 / 19999
Profile Name 0.128M-55M Downstream 6dB, Retransmission High - 0.128M-20M Upstream, Error Protection Off
also I can see on speedtest . net history that speed was higher in the past (wifi on my iphone).
so now I'm confused when been told that my speed from 2013 never was over 49mbps download.?
last week when I asked one of plusnet technicians about last year results he said that he can't check previous speeds, but today someone told me something different so I'm more confused.

DLM can not be reset by an ISP it has to be done by a Openreach engineer after a fault has been fixed even then it's up to them if they feel one is warranted,
Profile Name 0.128M-55M Downstream this states that your connection has been Banded down by DLM because it thinks your line is to unstable to run at full speed most likely due to your router changing, DLM may increase this back up but it can take weeks even months and that's as long as nothing changes and remains stable, there is nothing Plusnet can do for you at this stage.

reply from plusnet last week (reason that I'm confused even more) as they don't know what they talking about or just trying to hide problem :
As per our conversation on chat (4295321143) I can see you have this query raised on Broadband fault : 129991371. This ticket is still open regarding the same subject and has been replied to at this point.
To avoid confusion, please add any further information to the query which has remained open via Broadband fault : 129991371
I have spoken with Marin Kent who you have spoken to this morning , he advised;
"...was trying to change his profile, as he thought he was banded, but he's not - needs to be progressed as a speed fault.
as you are not affected..."
As advised it would need to continue as a speed fault which you have already raised. There is a 72 working hour testing period, where Faults will need to query the issue. In this time, they will not have an update. Once this has elapsed,an update will follow and they will contract you.
Should you have any further queries, do not hesitate to get back in touch online at http://portal.plus.net/wizard/ if we can be of any further assistance or call us on 0800 432 0200 or on 0345 140 0200. You can find out how busy we are before you call by visiting our Support Statistics.

so can someone look @ this and confirm that my profile is:
banded 100%
or not banded 100%
(just need to know if I'm wrong so I can stop harassing technical support)
Thank you
