Can someone please fix my crazy profile!

I ordered Fibre Extra 80/20 January, they stuck me on ADSL 20/1 for the first couple of weeks, ever since Fibre went live, it's been like 20/20. It's like I have ADSL download and Fibre Upload! But today (3:30am) it's just crazy bad! Crazy 5392395651

http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ run further testing and see what profile BT has you on

Then check on the PN portal after login, https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed

Then report what you get to an agent via phone/online chat and that should start the ball back to rolling

Needs a kick from plusnets end, you are syncing at the max rate 

Maximum data rate:	25934 / 81284

Have you tried dropping the connection and then reconnecting ?

The accounts actually showing as an ADSL account (Due to issues during signup)
