So, how come one person says they cant be checked when the fault is still being dealt with, but yet you say you have checked and Interleaving is not showing?

We are unable to run a GEA test which is how we would normally check interleaving as well as other aspects of your line.

However there are a few agents that have access to check other aspects on your line which will also show if interleaving is applied. My colleague does not have access to this tool.

Well since i posted, they have dug the hole, and are now sat in their van waiting for the engineer to turn up.

Oh, and they have been sent from Yeovil, which is roughly 60 miles away. Even they didn't understand why.

You couldn't make it up.

Looking back through your thread, it is kinda the same, albeit Openreach have been appalling in dealing with this.

However, the CS team here have been very good at 'fighting my corner'.

If i still have any energy, if/when this has come to a satisfactory conclusion, i'll do a write up of the experience as i have logged absolutely everything.

I think i'm now up to appointment 13!
