I have just received an update on my ticket stating A55 work completed, connection looks stable.

Please tell me Openreach are still coming to rectify the fault in the road, that they have identified, as nothing has been done at the fault location so far.

My connection is far from stable, particularly when it has rained.

You can look at the connection speeds from my history.

I still think the whole thing right from the start has been a complete waste of time. So your speed went down, and you badgered Openreach into swapping your line, the new line was initially faster but had more errors because there's something wrong with it, and now you're trying to get Openreach to fix the new line.

Yeah, I guess you meant anyone from Plusnet.

I've just checked your fault ticket and it states that a fresh update regard Duct Work and End to End checks should be available for our Faults Team to view today. 

As soon as this information is available the ticket will be updated accordingly.
